MyKindCo is unlocking the doors of The Balmain Town Hall Meeting Room inviting female artists and art collectors to share their works and putting 'women back in the picture’. 'Queen Bees of Balmain' is activating the transformation and the reclaiming of community space, from traditional and patriarchal, to matriarchal and of the moment.

Our leading Queen Bee is none other than three time Archibald finalist and mother of three,  artist, actress and dancer Dee Smart.  In our intimate and inspired setting meet artist Dee Smart  up close and personal in conversation with our favourite feminist, author and media personality Yumi Stynes. Because ladies we need talk about art, life and what it means to be a female creative right here and right now.
