My Kind Co is welcoming Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) our national youth theatre company, this summer to Balmain Town Hall. ATYP is proud to partner with My Kind Co to actively support the regeneration of Balmain Civic Precinct with creativity, arts and culture!

Join us in January for our ATYP school holiday drama workshops held locally for the first in time in the creative Inner West for young people from Year 3 to Year 9

‘STEP ONTO THE STAGE’ Years 3 & 4 Primary, Monday - Tuesday 9.30am - 3.30pm

This fun, two-day workshop is a great introduction to drama while you get to know ATYP. Led by an expert ATYP Teaching Artist, students will spend two days exploring drama through games, exercises and creative play. Participants will learn how to create characters and tell stories, build performance skills, gain confidence and make new friends. Family and friends will be invited into the final session to see what their children have been learning.
